Not sure which publications fit your sound?

Send us your genre, or simply a link to the track. We will come back with a shortlist of the three to five titles that actually suit it, with exact prices and turnaround beside each one — usually within the hour.

No call booked, no pitch deck, no obligation. If none of them are right for you, we will say so.

The Friday you worked two years for

The record comes out. You post it. Some friends share it. By Sunday the numbers have flattened and the whole thing feels like it happened in a room with nobody in it.

It is not that the music was not good enough. It is that nothing outside your own account ever said your name. A playlist curator has no reason to trust you. A promoter booking a stage in six months has nothing to read. A label scout searches you and finds Spotify, Instagram and silence.

Streams are rented. Press is owned. One is an algorithm’s opinion this week; the other is still there in five years.

This is what music PR is actually for. Not vanity, and not a substitute for the work. It is the paper trail that lets other people take a chance on you — and it is the one thing an artist can put in place in a fortnight rather than a career.

What coverage actually unlocks

Six doors that open once you are in print.

None of this is theory. These are the conversations where somebody asks “where have you been written about?” and the answer decides it.

01

Playlist curators

Editorial pitches ask for press. A Rolling Stone or Clash link is the difference between a submission read and a submission skipped.

02

Promoters & festivals

Bookers research before they offer a slot. Coverage is how an unknown name stops looking like a risk on a lineup.

03

Labels & A&R

Scouts search you before the meeting, not after. What they find in the first ten seconds sets the tone of the whole conversation.

04

Sync & licensing

Music supervisors licence from artists who look established. Press makes you searchable, credible and easy to justify internally.

05

O-1 and artist visas

Published material about you in recognised outlets is direct evidence for the O-1B petition. Immigration lawyers ask for exactly this.

06

Search and AI answers

57 of these titles are already quoted by AI engines. When someone asks ChatGPT about your genre, coverage there shapes the answer.

If the visa route is why you are here, the EB-1A and O-1 media coverage page sets out what USCIS actually accepts.

If you would rather not read seventy rows

Three routes. Pick the one that matches your moment.

Most artists do not need seventy choices. They need three good ones and a date. These are the combinations we put together most often — and we swap titles to suit your genre before you pay.

Straight answers

What artists ask before they book.

What is music PR, and does it actually do anything?

Music PR is the practice of getting an artist, release or tour written about in publications their audience and industry already read. It does not make people like the record. What it does is give curators, promoters, labels, sync supervisors and immigration lawyers something to point at when they are deciding whether to take you seriously. Coverage is permanent and searchable, which is why it keeps working long after a release week ends.

How much does music PR cost?

On this page, placements run from $50 to $15,999. Most artists spend between $270 and $1,100 for a single placement on a title their scene recognises. Every price is published above, including the article written to the publication’s standard. There are no retainers and no monthly minimums.

Can you get me in Rolling Stone or Billboard?

Yes, and the prices are in the table. Rolling Stone MENA is $1,100, Rolling Stone UK is $1,750, Rolling Stone Italy is $2,500, Billboard Africa is $1,050 and Billboard Japan is $1,750. Pitchfork is $4,999. These are regional editions with their own editorial teams, which is why they are reachable when the US flagship is not.

How long does it take?

Between one and twenty-one days depending on the title. Several go live in three days. If you have a release date, tell us and we will work backwards from it so the coverage lands when it is useful rather than a fortnight after everyone has moved on.

Will it be marked as sponsored?

It depends on the publication and it is shown against each one above. Titles marked editorial carry no paid label. Discrete means a light contributor tag. Disclosed carries the publication’s sponsored label. You see which before you choose, never after.

Do I need to write the article?

No. Writing is included in the price. Send us the release, the story behind it, or just your links, and we will draft it and send it back for your approval. Nothing is submitted until you have read every line.

Does this help with an O-1 artist visa?

It can. Published material about you in recognised outlets is one of the evidence criteria for the O-1B. What matters is the standing of the publication and that the piece is genuinely about you rather than a passing mention. Tell us it is for a petition and we will steer you to the titles that carry weight.

What if it does not get published?

You are not invoiced. Publication is guaranteed or the placement is free. What we do not promise is what happens afterwards — no honest agency can guarantee streams, signings or bookings.

Three ways to reach us

Tell us what you are putting out, and when.

A person reads every one of these, usually within a few hours. You will get a copy of what you send straight away, and nothing is treated as a booking until you say so.

Only your name and email are required. Everything else simply helps us give you a better first answer.

WhatsApp, right nowFastest. Most of our clients come this way.

Managers and labels: we work white-label. Your name on the deliverables, the invoice to you, and we never contact your artist directly.

Do not let another release day pass in silence.

Pick a title from the list, or tell us the genre and let us shortlist it for you. Published on the agreed date, or you are not invoiced.
